Health

Health is the well being of physical , emotional and mentally state of a human being. It does not mean the total absence of diseases or infirmity. An individual cannot be just healthy just because he/she doesn’t suffer from anything.

A healthy life style helps you to support yourselves and even widen the society with your work. But these days, people are so inclined towards money and goals that they forget to take care of the body, they are blessed of.

We have to accept that healthy lifestyle helps us to live our life with meaning and purpose. There are two types of health — Physical health and Mental health.

Physical Health

The most important factor of our health is physical health. It helps us to think soundly and helps to keep our body temperature and cholesterol in control. Many a times we even forget to eat proper food , almost many working people eat only street or outside food and tend to fall sick and gives an invitation of several diseases.

But recent studies, have shown us that our busy lifestyle have affected us in such a way that we even don’t care to jog early in the morning for months or even years. For this reason, we tend to suffer from diabetes, high blood pressure and etc.

It is true that from childhood, we are been instructed to focus on our studies and less on physical activities. In India, parents are not focused on their child’s health, that’s why many of their children lack discipline, stability and even are not that active on their daily life.

Benefits of physical health-

  • proper body health ,proper function of body and process working at its peak
  • reduce heart attack
  • have a lower cholesterol lever
  • mindful brain and much focus
  • controls weight and lower diseases risk
  • prevents depression, anxiety ,stroke

Mental health

Mental health is a state of well being of an individual who can work efficiently with the hurdles and stress of the life. People sometimes misunderstand the term “mental health” as “mental disorder or absence of mind”. They referred this term as the sudden change of behavior and the emotional disorder.

There are many factors which can affect mental health, like social being, finances, debt ,lifestyle choices and sometimes biological reasons. There are some modifiable factors for mental health -

  • socioeconomic conditions, such whether work is available in the local are
  • occupation
  • a person’s level of social involvement
  • education
  • housing quality

Some non modifiable factors are -

  • gender
  • age
  • ethnicity

The most common mental health conditions are -

  • Anxiety disorder
  • Mood disorder

Some ways of awareness for mental health -

  • Talk to those people who are suffering
  • medication
  • proper diet and a healthy surrounding
  • spending time with friends and family
  • read good books
  • stop overthinking

You should always know, that never be ashamed of speaking about mental health because it is main issue of each one’s life. Always remember not to make fun, of people suffering form mental illness because, we will never know the pain that they are going through.
